Stewart K. Weinerman, MD

Dr. Stewart K. Weinerman attended medical school and residency at The New York Medical College in Valhala, New York. He served as Chief Resident in the largest of the New York City trauma hospitals.

He moved to Denver in 1986, and has been an integral part of Colorado Orthopedic Consultants since. He has served as chairman of the department of orthopedic surgery for 4 years. In addition to serving as associate professor of orthopedics at College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific and the University of Colorado. He has taken care of athletes at all levels from professional to college and high school sports. He is the team physician for Gateway High School and is a member of the Arthroscopy Association of North America as well as the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.

Dr. Weinerman's other interests especially include shoulder and knee injury, sports medicine, and trauma, cartilage replacement/repair.
