Becky strongly believes in the importance of listening to her patients and working closely with them to develop a goal and treatment plan to promote bone health and reduce fracture risks.  To accomplish this goal she will encourage and guide her patients through education and therapy.

Becky Bontrager received her undergraduate degree in Human Biology from Michigan State University.  During her four years there, she was a member of the Women’s Varsity Soccer Team, where she developed a love for Orthopedics and Sports Medicine.  Becky later went on to further her education at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science where she received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies.  Becky has been working in Orthopedics for the last 7 years and is very excited to focus her attention on bone health and fracture prevention. She joined Colorado Orthopedic Consultants in 2014 to work as a team with the physicians to develop a Bone Health and Fracture Prevention program.

Becky enjoys running and mountain biking in the summer and is an avid skier in the winter.  She takes every opportunity she can to spend time in the mountains with her husband, Loren, and their one year old daughter, Halle.
